If you are experiencing a problem with a Prisma Electronics purchase, please take a minute to read the information below to determine if your issue is covered under the Prisma Electronics warranty.

No questions asked. Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for refund under our Money Back Guarantee. Also, associated shipping fees are not refundable.

If you bought your product directly from Prisma, and you are not satisfied with your purchase within the conditions described in the above Money Back Guarantee, you can return it following the below procedure. Your card will be credited upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
1. Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by contacting Prisma Electronics. You must have an RMA # before you return a package. Packages without an RMA # will not be accepted.
2. Safely package products along with a printed copy of the RMA form that was emailed to you.
3. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
4. When you drop the item off for shipping, please be sure to get a receipt. Keep this handy until the return is processed.
5. In order to be eligible for a full refund, your return must be dropped off to the carrier within seven days of requesting an RMA. Late returns will not be accommodated.
6. Upon receipt of your package, and pending approval, the cost of the item will be refunded via the same method used to purchase the product.
